The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. They willingly accommodated our request to change our room which was not quite as described. The rooftop area with swimming pool is a real bonus with views over the city and to Mount Teide. This is a good value hotel and although you have a bit of a steep hill to get there it's in a peaceful and good location, you can walk thru the park to town and are away from the main areas where the big hotels are located. Close to bus stops too.

We enjoyed the quiet location with the great view above the bay and the city. Our room had an awesome balcony. Great for a drink in the afternoon. The pool was nice and the staff very friendly, you just had to pass the first second of the conversation. The selection for breakfast was OK for the price with several warm and cold choices, fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, fried vegetables topped with cheese and different pastries. There was nothing to really dislike. To reach the parking spot for the car was an everyday adventure, scary on the first day but then you notice: That was the easy part on Tenerife, driving is different there.

the staff is super nice,the lady in the reception and the waiter at morning breakfast made me feel like home,a nice view from the rooftop,and a nice pool,the only thing that was not good had nothing to do with the people working there,the problem can only be solved by the owner

Very nice views from the top floor, with a pool and a handful of sunbeds. Cleaning services offered each day. The room was just as described. There is a nice park just couple minutes away. A big balcony (although no sun reaches it). Big room.

We are satisfied with the hotel, friendly staff, excellent heated pool in which it is wonderful to relax. Cleaned up every day. Not far from the bus stop, great balcony overlooking the ocean. At the reception you can buy food and water, as well as a vending machine with delicious coffee. Great value for money, will probably be back.

we were given a stunning view of the ocean and mountains (406). the terrace is magnificent! The room is spacious, excellent bathroom. There is everything for cooking. The magical atmosphere of the island and relaxation!)

The rooms are large with ample storage for our 5 night stay and the balcony was large and had a fantastic sea/ City/ mountain view. The swimming pool area was great to sunbathe in. Superb value for money hotel.

Good breakfast, friendly personnel, quiet neighbourhood (at the same time close to the centre) and a beautiful view from the balcony. The room was neat and, had daily cleaning. Comfortable bathroom.
